Local Food Pantries Seeking Donations

Due to the recent reduction in SNAP benefits, we understand that many students, families, and friends may be seeking extra support during this time. With the help of Island Harvest, we’ve put together a list of local food pantries in the Brentwood area. Scan the QR code for the full list!

This list isn’t only for those in need, it’s also for anyone who would like to give back. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Whether you have a few canned goods around the house or are at the grocery store and can buy a few nonperishables, it’s times like these it’s important that we come together as a community to support and uplift one another.

Suffolk County Community College (SCCC) also offers its own food pantry in Nesconset Hall room 11B. It’s open Tuesday & Wednesday, 1 p.m.-4 p.m. For more information, please contact [email protected].
