
Yoga is a relaxing and calming activity that helps the brain and body. Whenever you feel angry or anxious, yoga can help you feel at peace. It is a great physical activity that uses a yoga mat to do positions such as the Tree Pose, the Bridge Pose, the Warrior Pose, and the Downward Dog.
I did yoga at the Mindful Turtle, a yoga studio, where they have yoga mats, bean bags, and bean pillows for your head. It is a tranquil environment, and I left the Mindful Turtle feeling calm and relaxed. Yoga can be practiced at any age as it adapts to all levels and abilities; the key to yoga is to start slow and listen to your body.
In my opinion, yoga is one of the best things people should do if they feel stressed out or angry. It will really help your body and your mind, and it’s something that little kids, as well as adults, use to work out and be as cool as a cucumber!
